Insurances  

Please call the office to confirm if I take your insurance insurance. I am in network with at least the following insurances: Medicare (original), Anthem BCBS, Maine Community Health Options, United Healthcare (UBH)/Optum, Cigna, Aetna, Martin’s Point, Harvard Pilgrim Health Plan.  

Please note, I do not accept any Medicare Advantage Plans

Psychotherapy Rates and Coverage in-office and telehealth:

Therapy covered via approved insurance is $130.00 per session

Therapy covered via out-of-pocket (Self Pay) are eligible for a discount.

When using insurance, I bill the company.  It is the client’s responsibility to know their insurance coverage (i.e. deductibles and co-payment amounts) and payment is required when services are rendered.  This information can be obtained by calling the member phone number on the back of your card.

All payment are required at the time the services are rendered.
